Privacy
Your data, handled with the same care we give the work.
We keep this simple and honest. Here is what DigiCoders LLC collects when you visit, why we collect it, and the controls you have over all of it.
Last updated: June 20, 2026
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. In practice it falls into two buckets.
- Things you send us. When you fill out a form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to scope the work you are asking about.
- Things your browser sends. Standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. Our hosting provider uses this to serve the site and keep it secure.
We do not ask for sensitive categories of personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Analytics and cookies
We want to understand what is useful on this site so we can make it better. To do that we use Amplitude for product analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz.
Here is the important part: analytics are opt in. Nothing from Amplitude or Zaraz runs until you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics events are sent.
How your choice is stored
When you make a choice, we save it in a first party consent cookie on this domain. That cookie only records your preference, so we do not have to ask on every visit. It is not used to track you across other websites.
What analytics sees, if you accept
If you opt in, Amplitude collects usage data: pages viewed, broad device and browser details, and approximate location based on your IP address, usually at the country or region level. We use it in aggregate to learn what is working. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not try to identify you by name from it. We will not treat this data as fully anonymous, since some of it can relate to your device.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
We do rely on a few trusted service providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf and under contract, not for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and the Zaraz consent and tag layer.
- Amplitude for product analytics, and only after you opt in.
- Email and form tooling so we can read and answer what you send us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Your rights, including California (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA, as amended, gives you specific rights over your personal information. We extend these to everyone who asks, because it is the right thing to do.
- Right to know. You can ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, and how we use it.
- Right to delete. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, with a few legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You can ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
- Right to limit sensitive information. We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit.
- Right to no retaliation. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email us at hello@digicoders.com with the word "privacy" in the subject. We will verify your request and respond within the timelines the law requires, generally within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, then we delete it. Messages you send tend to live in our inbox and project records for the duration of the conversation and any related work.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, reputable infrastructure, and access limited to the people who actually need it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as carefully as we treat our own.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date. For anything significant, we will make the change easy to notice. Please check back now and then.
